Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 7- 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Certain products such as custom built wood planters or wood crafts will have an additional production time. These additional production times will be noted it the product descriptions.  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 15 Miles of Bridgewater, MA 02324.

Deliveries are made from 10 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays & Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local Pickup

ou can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 40 Appletree Circle, Bridgewater, MA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM - 7PM everyday of the week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thepurplegiraffedesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We only offer P.O. Box shipping if item is able to be shipped USPS. Large items such as signage will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and can not be shipped to a P.O. Box
